Resources for Parents, Families and Friends

Parents are a child’s first teachers and have the most influence on who that child will become. Family and friends are also the first to notice when there is a change in a child’s or a teen's attitude or behaviour.  This section contains links to many helpful resources and toolkits to prevent eating disorders and what to do if your friend or family member is on the path to disordered eating.  There are also links for Fashion and Media
