Reaching out for help is an important step and we are here to support you. Our Intake Counsellor can help answer your questions about our programs, explain what services are available in the community, determine what our program fees might be, and talk with you to identify what service might be the best fit for you and your family.
Our Intake Counsellor can be reached by phone, email, or in person at our main office (203-1111 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver) during office hours (Monday to Thursday). Phone and email inquiries are responded to within 48 business hours.

If you are a child or youth in crisis and need to speak to someone immediately, please call the 24-hour HELPLINE for Children at 310-1234. This is a free call. No area code is required. Or text CONNECT to 686868 to talk with a volunteer Crisis Responder 24/7.
