Our Fees
We are able to offer many of our services at no cost, because they are fully subsidized by government contracts, grants, and/or Family Services of the North Shore’s fundraising efforts. Children, youth, and parents/caregivers can access additionally subsidized rates, thanks to the support of our community donors
We offer fee for service counselling to the community at the following rates:
- $80 per session for children/youth (2-24 years)
- $80 per session for parents/caregivers
- $125 per session for adult counselling
- $30 per session for Master’s-level Intern counsellors
Payment for services must be made at the time of service, when a receipt is issued. Payment can be made by cash, debit, or Visa/Mastercard/AMEX. Third-party coverage (e.g. extended health or EAP benefits) may apply. As a client, you are responsible for researching or applying for any benefits. Please note that 24 hours of advance notice is requested for session cancellation, or the regular fee will be charged.
